Publication-quality taxonomic keys with LaTeX
There is a package dichokey available on CTAN, written by Nico Dam in 1998 for constructing indented identification keys in LaTeX.
To complement this useful package, here I provide a second one called bracketkey, also available on CTAN, which is designed to construct bracketed identification keys. The keys typeset with bracketkey are fully hyperreferenced (here's an example). In order to use it, just download the package from CTAN and follow the instructions in the README.
